Making a PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier at Spain Diamond Center, S.L. Click on Add to Cart and then enter the quantity that you require. You can change the contents of your Cart at any time, as your request is not confirmed until you enter payment details.We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards, as well as bank transfers. We also provide our own 14 day no quibble guarantee. This means that if you do not want the jewellery for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days for a full refund. All orders are securely shipped and insured all the way to your doorstep. The diamond jewellery that we sell is covered by SDCM SL Certificate of Guarantee. Almost every item you see on this website has been designed and manufactured by us, and sold directly to the public. Buying from a manufacturer essentially means you are cutting out the middle man, and making substantial savings in the process. If the jewellery you receive does not suit you, you may return or exchange it free of charge, and we will refund or send you an alternative piece at no extra cost. All our jewellery is guaranteed for 3 years, against manufacturing faults.All diamond jewellery is accompanied by a diamond certificate. This is your assurance of the quality of the diamond/s you have purchased from us. This document confirms the carat weight, cut, colour and clarity of your chosen diamond/s, as well as a description of the item. Our valuations are carried out by an experienced Gemologist and Diamond Grader. Therefore, this document not only gives you an accurate valuation, but it also gives you confirmation of the quality of the diamond/s you have purchased from us. Product Availability and PricingIf a product´s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged price. Please note that, our prices are subject to change without notice. These are processed online using the PayPal secure payment service. Prices are shown in Euros. All credit cards are pre-authorized immediately using the secure system. Delivery and HandlingAs a rule, you can expect delivery of your order approximately within 10 working days or after full payment has been received. For reasons of security, all orders are carefully dispatched in protective packaging and sent by with insurance appropriate to the value of the order. We can deliver to all destinations in the mainland, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.We will only ship to the billing address on the credit card when you order online. Cancelled Orders and ReturnsWe guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from us. However, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us within 24/48 hours of receiving your goods to arrange a full refund. Refunds will be made within 30 days. If you would like to return unwanted goods, please ensure that you contact us prior to sending them back.All unwanted goods must be returned to us within 14 days, in their original condition together with the Diamond Certificate of Guarantee and the Valuation Document. We strongly recommend that returned goods are sent by special delivery with the appropriate insurance cover, as they will only be deemed returned when signed for by us.
